Aquacontrol 102 works completely without chemical Mission. While conventional remediation options do not exclude chemistry, it does come Aquacontrol 102 through physical approaches to the result.

This has the advantage that the walls are not influenced in such a way that they no longer “breathe”. Open-pored construction is particularly prevalent in older buildings. The walls should be able to absorb moisture and release it again. If I deprive the building of the moisture exchange that was planned at the time, this could result in unforeseeable damage.

If walls are chemically affected, there is no turning back. Once the chemicals are in the walls, they can no longer be removed. The walls are usually made chemically “impermeable to water”. At least that's the plan. What if 100% of the masonry was not achieved with chemistry? Surveys have shown that often only a success rate of up to 40% is assumed. Not to mention possible health effects.

Without chemicals

Your rooms are also decontaminated using our UV system. This deprives mold germs of the opportunity to grow or spread. UV disinfection works against: viruses, mold, spores, bacteria and mites.
